Our Locations – Sausalito

Located in Clipper Yacht Harbor in Sausalito, this new facility was completed in May 2010. Designed to preserve Sausalito’s working waterfront and offer local boaters a professional, quality service experience this facility also captures and filters the stormwater before entering the Bay. With modern workshops, a new ship’s store and offices overlooking the waterfront, the facility showcases KKMI’s Best Management Practices and demonstrates our leadership in environmental compliance.

While the size of the facility and workforce is smaller than our sister facility in Pt. Richmond, the Team is equally as skilled and professional, just as you would expect from KKMI.

Getting to KKMI Sausalito by Boat

Boatyard runs Mon. - Fri. 7:30am - 4pm

FROM THE SAUSALITO CHANNEL: Follow Day marks all the way down to green #11; mark will be on your port side. Our neighbors to the south have a bright blue awning that you should see pass by on land. Turn left into the fairway and come down to the end. We have 3 slips for boats under 30’ at the end to the right along the ‘600 row’ and spaces for larger boats parallel to the travelift spot to the left along the ‘500 row’.

The haulout area is in the middle of Basin 3 in Clipper Yacht Harbor.

You are also welcome to dock the boat in whichever of those spots you are most comfortable and our lift crew can move it if necessary.
