Paul KaplanCEO
A San Francisco native, Paul’s early ambitions as a marine biologist were altered when he took a part time job and became the youngest licensed yacht broker in California. With the success of City Yachts, a company currently owned by his wife Chrissy, he went on to found ProPark, a parking management company. ProPark was sold in 1995 enabling Paul the time and resources to develop KKMI. Paul's passion for all things nautical and protection of the environment are served by his position on several Boards of Directors. He and his family enjoy sailing their 55' schooner "Santana" as often as possible. www.thesantana.com |

Jock MacLeanGeneral Manager
Jock has spent most of his life around Boatyards. A long time member of the San Francisco Yacht Club, he was introduced to the people at WC Garvey Boat Builders while still in high school. He began working there as a bottom painter and shop sweeper and careers at Easom Boat Works and San Francisco Boat Works followed until he joined KKMI its inaugural year. Jock is motivated by the variety of projects in the boating world and the irregular nature of working on boats. He has aspirations of cruising the world but, for now, finds adventure playing with his ski boat in the Delta and California Lakes. |

Graham MacmillanYacht Broker & Listing Manager
Graham became introduced to KKMI as a client. With an earlier profession as a senior manager in the marine shipping industry joining the yacht brokerage team has been a very interesting and rewarding change of pace. Graham, as well as the KKMI Yacht Brokerage team, believes today's boat buyers are well informed, doing their own research on the Internet; the last thing they need or want is a “sales pitch”. What clients do want is someone to make the transaction simple, enjoyable and done in a professional manner. It was with this very philosophy that he joined KKMI as the Yacht Brokerage Listing Manager. |
